Introducing the YABD Client Journey
its something we are really proud of !!
1. Getting to know you - The first Intro Call
Agenda : Brand Reintroduction, Portfolio Sharing, Initial Ideas
We highly recommend our clients to fills up the forms (with excitement and detail) to expedite the "getting to know you" process.
2. The boring administrative part
After the first intro call > 3 documents will be sent out via email
Quotation, Terms and Conditions and Wedding Rules (where relev.) To confirm the booking , a 50% deposit and sign off on all documents are to be made
3. Ideation and Brainstorming - The Ideation Call Agenda: Session Plan, Outfit Coordination, Wet Weather
We are strong believers of collaboration and want you to actively participate in building your own sessions with us.
4. Shoot Day
Come as you are - this should be the most fun part
5. Post Shoot Admin D: Invoice will be issued and the photosets will be ready 4-5 weeks upon receipt of payment

and that's why we usually arrange for a casual meet up prior to the shoot day - primarily to get to know our couples.
We believe that comfort stems from familiarity, and my top priority in every shoot is making you comfortable enough to be present and 100% yourselves.
OFC you can, we function in a way where we work together to curate locations based on your story. think of it like a group project - our Ideation Calls are meant to dig out information from you and from there - derive a plan that we can all agree upon !! after which - the magic happens.
